Highlighted Techniques

I have an multi-modal personalized approach to working with you.  Below is an example of a few techniques that are common to my practice.  Please contact me to find out how I would apply any of my methods to help you.

BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® gets its name from the way the brain works, continually reassessing the environment and making adjustments as necessary - and with this therapy, the adjustments lead inexorably to fast-acting but long-term self-improvement.

WSN is a dynamic form of parts therapy and coaching where you gain a better understanding of yourself, personality type, and how it extends into achieving your goals.  It is a technique that can be used in therapy or as a coaching model to resolve deep conflicts and repeated behavioral issues.

Broadband for the Brain® works with the body as well as the mind.  It allows us to choose to psychotherapeutically reprogram the Autonomic Nervous System.

Much of our work will be interactive, enhancing your understanding of the mechanisms at work and involving you in your own healing processes - the results can be phenomenal, especially when incorporating elements of BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) into the therapeutic methodology.

Hypnosis is simply a narrowing focus of attention. It allows you to filter out all the outside noise and distractions so you can direct your energy to whatever you would like to change or achieve.  In the hypnotic state, you have an enhanced capacity to respond to positive suggestion.

Hypnotherapy or Hypnoanalysis is an interactive therapeutic process to facilitate physical, emotional, and/or mental health in individuals. It is a process where you are fully aware and in control of everything you are saying and doing while working with the therapist. However, you are in a more focused state so it is typically easier to gain insight and create long lasting change.
